Elote — Primo Street Corn

Mexican street corn the way it should be — creamy, cheesy, and finished with a shake of Primo. Works with Original for classic heat or Mango for sweet-heat.

Serves 4 · 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Mexican crema
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • Picante Primo Original or Mango 5oz, to taste
  • Tajin or chili powder · lime wedges · cilantro

Method

  1. Grill or boil the corn until tender and lightly charred.
  2. Mix the mayo and crema together; brush generously over each ear.
  3. Roll in cotija cheese until coated.
  4. Shake Picante Primo over the top — Original for bold heat, Mango for sweet-heat.
  5. Finish with Tajin, a squeeze of lime, and cilantro.
