Elote — Primo Street Corn
Mexican street corn the way it should be — creamy, cheesy, and finished with a shake of Primo. Works with Original for classic heat or Mango for sweet-heat.
Serves 4 · 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Mexican crema
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- Picante Primo Original or Mango 5oz, to taste
- Tajin or chili powder · lime wedges · cilantro
Method
- Grill or boil the corn until tender and lightly charred.
- Mix the mayo and crema together; brush generously over each ear.
- Roll in cotija cheese until coated.
- Shake Picante Primo over the top — Original for bold heat, Mango for sweet-heat.
- Finish with Tajin, a squeeze of lime, and cilantro.
