Primo Shrimp Aguachile

Bright, citrusy, and built for the Seafood 5oz. A fresh aguachile that comes together in minutes — no cooking required.

Serves 4 · 20 minutes + 15 min chill

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, butterflied
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Picante Primo Seafood 5oz
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • Salt to taste · tostadas to serve

Method

  1. Arrange the butterflied shrimp in a shallow dish.
  2. Pour the lime juice over the shrimp until just covered. Let sit 12–15 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in Picante Primo Seafood and salt.
  4. Add cucumber, red onion, and cilantro. Toss gently.
  5. Serve cold on tostadas, with extra Seafood Primo on the side.

Primo tip: rim the serving bowl with a little salt and Seafood Primo for a punch in every bite.
